Mirena Pain in Ovary

So I'm hoping someone here can tell me they've had the same symptoms as I have had while on mirena..and what they've done to help reduce pain symptoms..September of last year I found out I was 3 months pregnant and termed. I found out that the pain I've been having in my uterus area was caused from Ovarian Cysts and I almost-definitely have Endometriosis, so I was recommended to get on the Mirena. In March I did..for the first few months I could put up with the pain - hence, my only other option is to get a hysterectomy, but both my gyno and I don't want to do that until I later have a baby. I'm going on 7 months now and I haven't had a period since before getting the IUD put in. I've had mad cramps in my left ovary ever since getting it placed in...I haven't slept in 2 days because the pain is just getting to be too much for me..I've dried taking 400-600 mg of Ibproufen almost eveyday and on top of that I sometimes have to use Voltaren Cream over my ovary. Soaking in hot water. Everything I can think of..I've looked in other threads and I can't find one other woman who hasn't had a period also, can someone tell me why that is? Or your experience? How to cope with the pain? How do I tell where the strings are? any help is greatly appreciated..
