Nuvaring and Mood Disorders

Hello, I am 20 years old, and I have a 1 year old daughter. I have very irregular periods, so I decided to get on birth control to try and regulate, as well as prevent pregnancy.

I have bipolar disorder but I no longer take medication, and haven't since I was about 16.

I have just ended my fourth week on the nuvaring, and it was HORRIBLE!
1) Menstrual cramps literally feel like labor
2) Passing blood clots as big as a tangerine
3) Vomiting
4) NO sex drive
5) Moody! I have been either crying, or very upset since the last week of my nuvaring started. Odd thing, the first 2 weeks, I was very manic. Happy go lucky, hyper, on top of the world..but now, I feel like exploding. Snapping on random people at the grocery stores, crying for no reason at all, and I feel like I am going to lose it. This happens with the pill, and the shot. When I am not on BC I feel fine, occasional mood swing here and there, but for the most part, content. EXCEPT FOR WHEN my period is about to come.. then it's this horrible depression all over again.

Has anyone experienced this?
If so, what can I do to fix it!?
