after a few days of the worst itchy rash that started on my thighs and quickly spread to my lower legs, hips, vagina I removed the Nuva Ring. After two days the rash stopped spreading and now five days later the itch is gone. However I gave horrible scars everywhere! I've used NR for 5+ years with no problems at all and I am very healthy otherwise. Now I'm a little freaked out by having had a piece of plastic inserted in my body for so long and these terrible side effects. I'm 46 and am not sure what to do about birth control. Maybe it's time for my man to get a vasectomy.
