Orap, Does It Help With Vocal Tics?

My son is 9 years old with Tourette's Syndrome. He has taken risperedal for 3 years (currently at 2mg). The medication is not working anymore. His vocal tics are continuos(Shouting).
Does anyone have any advise on Orap? Or has anyone taken or given this drug to anyone with Tourette's Syndrome and seen improvement on tic reduction? ... more »
