Switching From Loestrin24 to Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo

Ive been on Loestrin24 now for 3 months and hate it. I still have spotting, headaches, my hair got thinner, and I kept having a rapid heart beat. I just switched to ortho tri cyclen lo a week ago. Is it a good idea to switch to a triphasic pill like this? How different is ortho from loestrin? So far ive felt better, im just nervous since ive had so much trouble with different kinds.
