    I have Panic Attacks.
    I have had panic attacks for 7 years and found. 2mg of Xanax helped tame the attacks very well and I never felt better in my life. I am so happy to be free from the attacks at last !!!

    read my long reply above where i tell the whole story. he stayed on his meds but gradually tapered off them. he was taking 8 pills a day so he was able to take less and less while increasing his niacin. by the end, he was cutting his antiDs in half. - 78% more...

    try niacin instead of xanax. it's a vitamin. it won't hurt you and its "side effects" willl reduce cholesterol. i put my BF on it and we got him off a 15 yr anti-depressant habit

    It's unfortunate that you're feeling this way. Maybe it could be from some kind of trauma in the past or extreme stress? I would have to agree with the previous reply. It's better if you see a Doctor so you can find out what's wrong and also to dimin - 66% more...

    I went through the same thing and was on Yasmin. The despression pills and anti-anxiety pills actually made it worse. I couldnt handle the feeling of being out of control, it would cause me to have another and another. I got off yasmin..i was off it - 74% more...
