Severe Ill, I Feel Sick 24 Hours a Day

I suffer with severs physical illness 24 hours a day for 2 years now. I am just so sick, I have stomach aches abdominal pain trouble breathing chest pains. All I want to do is be in bed I feel so %%^%*%$# sick all the time. I feel like I have some type of chemical imbalance. People tell me its from depression, but I really don't feel depressed other than whising I could feel better. My doc put me on Wellburton 100mg 2 times a day and zoloft 100mg I asked for some xanax and I felt 110% better. In twenty minutes I was perfectly fine. But when the med starts to run out I start getting sick all over. Has anybody ever had these symptoms??? Please help. I though many times about suicide, but I have too many people who love me...So I can promise everyone I would never do that..I have a lot of hope.
