Simvastatin Pinched Nerve, Horrible Pain, Pain Medicine, Left Shoulder, Kidneys

I am glad to have found this site. Unfortunately I can identify with so many of the symptoms described in everyone's symptoms. About a year ago I was diagnosed with a pinched nerve in my neck because I was having such horrible pain in my right shoulder. I was given "high power" pain medicine and told to do physical therapy. I did get better. After a short while I began to experience the pain in my left shoulder but it was not as extreme as before, "Thank God". Right now those symptoms have subsided and my biggest complaint is hurting in my lower back. After reading so many entries of side effects, now I'm wondering if this stuff is affecting my kidneys because the pain goes right across there. I've just about made up my mind not to take anymore Simvastatin, regardless of what the doctor says. My heart goes out to all of you that suffer this chronic pain in your legs and arms and the other side effects too. I have got to find another doctor.
