Singulair Pins and Needles, Numbness, Tiredness, 9 Months, Dizziness

I have been feeling a sensation of pins and needles in my calves and a feeling of numbness in my feet. I know this is listed as a potential side effect but what are the indications? Also, dizziness and tiredness. I have been on Singulair for about 9 months.
