    Holy cow! I've been trying to figure out why my achilles tendon has been hurting and I've wondered if it's attributed to the large amount of Coke Zero and Diet Dr Pepper that I drink :P I'm glad you posted. I think I better give up some soda pop for - 11% more...

    Not taking any medications. I can't really identify anything in my diet that could have caused it. I did also drink Coke Zero for a few weeks though, that was several month before the Calcitic problem.

    I have this also. I drank Zero Coke for six weeks and developed tendinitis, very painful for months. After the elblow started to clear I developed this Calcitic problem in my shoulder. Have you been drinking aspertame? It turns to famaldyhyde at 85 d - 37% more...

    Well, the good thing is that physical therapy seems to be helping a lot. Now I'm maybe back up to 55% strength back already.

    Believe me, you are not alone. I had some MRIs done and I was found to have bone spurs where the collar bone joins the shoulder. It is very painful indeed.
