It sure works great for me. I think you have to know the interactions bewteen what ever medicines or herbs/vitamins you are also taking. It stopped my coughing, sore throat, and let me breathe again! -

I've taken guaifen for almost a week now for fluid in the middle ear. I'm not not sleeping well at all. By the way, my doctor did advise me of this side effect. However, in that I'm a busy lady, it's not all that bad. I'm getting a lot done!
