After reading all the feeback about taking TriCor, I am afraid to take this drug. I don't want to put anything in my system that will cause all this harm to my liver, kidneys, gall bladder, etc. I have already taken Lipitor which caused me severe muscle pain to the point that I could not walk or even get in/out of my car to walk into the post office to pick up my mail. The bottom of my feet hurt when I walked on carpeting. I took myself off Lipitor. I also took Zocor, which did nothing except me throwing away good money for nothing. I threw away $300 on drugs that did nothing but debilitate my health. I will be returning TriCor to my doctor with a letter stating that I researched this drug and that it is not for me. Thanks for all your feedback on this website!
