apple cider vinegar and honey mixed with some water is supposed to be good for lowering cholesterol....doesn't taste too good ...but if it helps....

statins raise the blood sugar levels...you might find now that you have better control of the type 2 having stopped the pills ...hope so good luck....

i tried coq10 ..but it seems it wasn't the right one...where can i buy ubiquinol...yes it sure feels like my brain's made out of water sometimes....i - 33% more...

i'd been on different statins for years..,after terrible pain in arms my gp told me to stop them which i did and felt better...then some months later - 86% more...
