Vistaril IM anxiety
did NOT help for anxiety. I feel like it made things worse. The good thing was that it made my itching due to dermatographisism to end.

Vistaril IV and not IM
I was given Vistaril into my IV rather than IM and I had a severe reaction to it. I have never been the same since. Has this happened to anyone else?? - 7% more... -
Intravenous Vistaril
Information I found indicates that intravenous dosing of Vistaril should be avoided, but gives no explanation as to why. Can someone clarify?
