Will Wellbutrin Quit Working?

I've been taking wellbutrin for years and it seems that my depression is creeping back up on me again, along with my other symptoms. Do I need to up the dosage (I take 150sr x2) or switch to another drug. My doctor prescribed just about everything before finding that wellbutrin worked best - years ago. Please help.
