Winstrol Big Toe, Uric Acid, Kidneys, Gout, Tabs

i seem to have back pain & pain in my big toe which resembles gout. anybody know if winstrol/stanozolol tabs increase urate or uric acid as this could be the reason why i get back pain because if the kidneys dont pass this quickly into your urine it builds up around the kidneys????
