Losing Hair and Bad Acne
I went off Yasmin January 2005 and since then I have gotten acne on my face, chest, shoulders, butt, and I think on my scalp. I have also lost a scary amount of hair. I am not exactly sure how long after I stopped using Yasmin that these symptoms started, but I will guess that they started within a month after. I was on Yasmin for about 1.5 years. I didn't have any bad side effects from being on Yasmin.
I have never had very bad acne even when i was younger (I am 30 now), and if I did get pimples, they were only on my face. I have these little red dots in my scalp that I think are pimples, but they itch like crazy. It is only geting worse as time goes by and now i see my scalp through my hair. ... more »

I am trying to get pregnant now for the first time, but I feel so disgusting right now, it almost feels pointless. Will all my hair fall out if I get pregnant.
I have been top 2 doctors. 1 doc told me I had an infection in my skin (regarding to the pimple-like dots in my scalp). I took antibiotics and nothing got better. The other doctor gave me this liquid to put on my scalp 2 times a day. ia m not sure what it is and it smells dangerous (it is not working)
I have read about some women with the same problems, but I have not read anything about how to make it better (besides going on the pill again). Does anyone have ANY advice at all
I have taken other BCP in the past (I don't remember which ones) and never had any symptoms when I went off, except for maybe a little acne on my face.
